Terms of return:
Within 14 days after receiving the goods, the customer has the right to return or replace it, subject to the following conditions:
- Preserved good commercial appearance - the original packaging must not be torn and damaged, it must be in the form in which it was received. The product must not have any traces of use.
- The transport costs for returning the goods are at the expense of the customer.
- In case of exchange of goods, the transport costs are borne by Srychno in both directions, according to the tariff of the courier company.
We would like to take into account any complaint, but unfortunately in some cases this is not possible. We need to have real evidence that the defect was caused by the manufacturer. Therefore, make a proper assessment of the product to make sure that the defects have not been caused by improper use or maintenance.
Remember that you have no reason to complain about:
- natural wear of the product;
- mechanical damage;
- after self-made repairs;
- lack or improper maintenance;
- external factors;
- mechanical washing;
- changes in the structure / color of the skin, depending on its nature;
- discoloration / discharge of paint from products with lining, painted with natural dyes.

You can take advantage of the 1-year warranty we offer by sending us an email with photos of the product and the defect. You must also attach a completed complaint form to them, which will allow us to review your complaint without having to send the item back. Here are the steps you need to follow:
- Send us detailed photos of the product and separately of the defect to the e-mail address: contact@srychno.com
- After reviewing your complaint, we will let you know what the possible solutions are. You will receive a response (positive or negative) by email, and if necessary, we will ask you to send us the product back so that the defect can be examined in more detail.
